Refund Policy

At Experiencely, we want you to feel confident when enrolling in our training and mentorship programmes. This page explains your rights and our refund terms in line with UK consumer protection law.


1. 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

In accordance with the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you are entitled to cancel your purchase within 14 days of payment and receive a full refund, provided that:

  • Mentorship Only Package: You have not yet started your mentorship sessions.
  • E-Learning Only Package: You have not accessed the digital training materials, unless you gave your explicit consent to waive your cancellation rights upon access.
  • E-Learning + Mentorship Package: You have not accessed the e-learning materials (unless you agreed to waive your cancellation rights) and mentorship sessions have not yet started.

If any of the above conditions are met, your refund request will be processed back to your original payment method within 14 days of confirmation.


2. After the 14-Day Period

Once the 14-day cooling-off period has expired, no refunds will be available.

When you purchase:

  • E-Learning + Mentorship Package: You receive 1 year of access to training materials plus 3 months of 1:1 mentorship, which begins once the e-learning phase is completed.
  • Mentorship Only Package: You receive 3 months of 1:1 mentorship with your dedicated mentor.

As these resources are reserved for you, we cannot offer partial or full refunds after the cooling-off period.


3. Quality of Service

We are committed to delivering our programmes with reasonable care and skill, in line with the Consumer Rights Act 2015. If you believe our service has not met this standard, you may have additional rights and remedies under UK law. Please contact us directly so we can resolve any concerns.


4. How to Request a Refund

If you are eligible to cancel within the 14-day period, please email us at info@experiencely.io with:

  • Your full name
  • Date of purchase
  • The programme/package purchased

We will confirm your eligibility and process your refund within 14 days.
