An exciting opportunity has arisen for a QA & Technical Analyst to join a rapidly growing FinTech in Ipswich. This role goes beyond traditional QA — you’ll be shaping the quality, speed, and reliability of systems that support UK businesses. Acting as a bridge between technology and business, you’ll ensure smooth delivery of robust, user-friendly products while driving process improvement and innovation.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, execute, and maintain manual test cases.

• Lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for product releases.

• Build and manage automated test suites to accelerate deployment and efficiency.

• Translate business requirements and issues into detailed Jira tickets.

• Collaborate with UK and offshore teams to ensure smooth delivery and handovers.

Requirements

• 4+ years’ experience in manual testing or hybrid QA/BA roles.

• Strong knowledge of test automation frameworks and API validation (Postman).

• Proven experience with Jira, Confluence, and QA best practices.

• Excellent communication skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Desirable Skills

• Leading UAT and supporting Agile/CI/CD environments.

• Knowledge of SQL, Laravel, or similar technologies.

• Familiarity with accessibility, UX, and responsive design standards.

• Domain experience in financial services, reporting, or automation.
