With a focus on innovation and performance, the company is leveraging advanced data analytics and automation to drive smarter decision-making across marketing, finance, customer service, and operations.

Data Analytics & Insights: Collect, clean, and analyse large datasets to uncover trends, track KPIs, and identify areas for business improvement.
Reporting & Dashboards: Design and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using tools like Power BI or Tableau for use across departments.
Collaboration: Work closely with teams in sales, marketing, operations, and finance to support data-informed strategies.
Automation & Efficiency: Support the automation of data processes and reporting workflows to improve overall business efficiency.
CRM & Customer Behaviour: Analyse customer data to provide actionable insights into behaviour, retention, and personalisation strategies.
Forecasting & Financial Modelling: Assist with budgeting, revenue forecasting, and performance analysis in collaboration with the finance team.
Data Governance: Ensure best practices in data accuracy, consistency, and security across all systems.
At least 2 years of experience in a data analyst or similar role
A degree in Data Science, Business Analytics, Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field
Strong hands-on skills with SQL, Excel, and Python for data manipulation and analysis
Experience with data visualisation tools like Tableau or Power BI
Ability to clearly present findings to technical and non-technical stakeholders
A collaborative mindset and strong problem-solving skills
Experience in e-commerce, retail, or sports-related industries
Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g. Zoho, Salesforce)
Exposure to forecasting, budget analysis, or AI-driven analytics
35,000 – 42,000 salary depending on experience
Hybrid working – 3 days in the Brighton office, 2 days remote (after probation)
