We are seeking a skilled and customer-focused IT Service Desk Analyst to join a busy IT team in Surrey. This permanent role offers a hybrid working model and the chance to provide high-quality IT support across a dynamic environment. You’ll play a key part in resolving technical issues, ensuring smooth IT operations, and delivering excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities
Provide first-class IT support to end users, covering incident management, request fulfilment, and troubleshooting.
Support Windows 11, Microsoft Office/Office 365, Active Directory, SCCM patching, and account administration.
Log, categorise, prioritise, and resolve incidents in line with ITIL practices and SLAs.
Work with colleagues, third parties, and other teams to achieve efficient resolutions.
Participate in Change and Problem Management, as well as IT projects when required.
Maintain documentation, asset management, and ensure regulatory compliance (SOX).
Support office moves, system upgrades, and assist with productivity tools such as Microsoft Power Apps.
Contribute to continuous improvement across IT processes and service delivery.
Requirements
5+ years’ Service Desk or IT support experience.
Strong knowledge and practical application of ITIL processes.
Proven expertise in Windows 11, Office 365, SCCM, and PC hardware/software troubleshooting.
Experience with Active Directory and remote support tools.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Ability to work flexible hours including a weekly rotated shift pattern, occasional Saturdays, and on-call Sundays.
Experience in Financial Services (highly desirable).
