About the Role
As a Technical Solution Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the sales team by providing technical expertise, product demonstrations, and solution design tailored to client needs. You’ll be the bridge between technical solutions and customer requirements—conducting audits, designing IT & network solutions, and helping to close opportunities through your technical knowledge.

This role blends customer interaction, technical consultancy, and sales support to ensure clients receive tailored solutions that drive value and long-term partnerships.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the sales team with technical expertise to help secure new business opportunities.

• Conduct tailored partner demonstrations to showcase IT, network, and communication solutions.

• Perform technical audits (onsite and remote), including cybersecurity reviews, identifying improvements and enhancements.

• Use tools such as Datto to identify renewal opportunities for PC/Server devices and recommend upgrades.

• Develop proposals, build quotes, and ensure solutions meet both technical and commercial requirements.

• Design technical solutions such as WiFi maps to ensure optimal coverage and performance.

• Liaise between sales and project delivery teams to ensure smooth communication and execution.

• Document solutions and audits in a clear, structured way for both clients and internal teams.

• Collaborate with marketing to create product webinars, demo videos, and technical content for client engagement.

• Deliver regular product webinars to educate partners and drive solution awareness.

About You

• Strong technical background across IT, Networks, Comms, and Cybersecurity.

• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to simplify technical concepts.

• Proactive approach to identifying opportunities and supporting the sales process.

• Experience in designing, scoping, and articulating technical solutions for clients.

• Effective collaborator with strong organisational and coordination skills.

• Keeps up to date with industry trends, products, and emerging technologies.

What’s on Offer

• Base salary: 32,000 – 38,000 (DOE)

• Bonus: up to 6,000 per annum (OTE 44K)
