Our client is a global manufacturing business with a strong presence in Bath, currently expanding their IT Operations function. With a commitment to delivering the highest level of service management, they are seeking an IT Service Management Analyst to join their growing team and make a long-lasting impact.
The Role
As an IT Service Management Analyst, you will take ownership of Supplier Management, Software Asset Management, and Licensing within the Service Delivery function. Working closely with third-party suppliers, business stakeholders, and cross-functional teams, you will drive improvements to the user experience, introduce automation where possible, and support service management platforms such as ServiceNow.
Key Responsibilities
Manage supplier relationships and ensure delivery of high-quality IT services.
Oversee Software Asset Management (SAM) and licensing compliance across the organisation.
Implement automation and process improvements to enhance service delivery.
Provide hands-on support and optimisation of ITSM tools, particularly ServiceNow.
Collaborate with stakeholders across the business to identify and deliver service improvements.
Ensure alignment with ITIL frameworks and best practices.
Skills & Experience Required
Strong background in IT Service Management (ITSM).
Experience in supplier management and software asset management/licensing.
Hands-on experience with ServiceNow or similar ITSM platforms.
Familiarity with software asset management toolsets.
Excellent understanding of ITIL frameworks.
Strong stakeholder management, communication, and problem-solving skills.
