The Role
This is a high-impact position offering strong visibility across the organisation. As CRM Manager, you will take ownership of the performance CRM strategy, working closely with key teams to deliver targeted campaigns and drive member engagement. You will analyse customer behaviour, lead test-and-learn initiatives, and ensure CRM activity directly supports wider business goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the CRM lead in daily and weekly trading meetings

• Partner with Revenue, Commercial, and Partnerships teams to deliver tactical campaigns

• Analyse customer behaviour to improve personalisation and campaign relevance

• Lead test-and-learn programmes to optimise ROI and drive member engagement

• Own, develop, and implement the performance CRM strategy in line with business objectives

• Present strategy, results, and insights confidently to senior stakeholders

Requirements

• Strong commercial mindset with the ability to influence business performance

• Experience managing 10+ CRM campaigns per week

• Exposure to CRM tools (Braze preferred, but not essential)

• Background in a start-up, scale-up, or fast-paced environment

• Proven track record of driving revenue or engagement through CRM initiatives

• Excellent communication and presentation skills for stakeholder engagement
