The Role
As a Senior Developer, you will play a key role in developing, maintaining, and improving software solutions in line with company standards. You will be responsible for turning requirements and technical specifications into deliverables while ensuring adherence to service level agreements. You will also stay up to date with emerging technologies and frameworks, recommending improvements where appropriate.
Key Responsibilities
Develop high-quality software in accordance with company standards and guidelines
Identify and implement new technologies and methods to solve problems
Translate requirements and technical specifications into estimations and change requests
Support and maintain existing applications while contributing to new, greenfield projects
Coach and mentor junior developers, including conducting code reviews
Keep up to date with relevant technologies and frameworks
Requirements
Strong experience developing WinForms applications using C# and VB.Net
Ability to debug large and complex projects
Solid knowledge of SQL and Microsoft SQL Server
Commercial experience with Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) and design patterns
Experience with unit testing
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
