The ideal candidate will be experienced in developing new business, building strong client relationships, and identifying commercial opportunities to support long-term success.


Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities through research, networking, and proactive outreach.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients to understand their needs and deliver tailored solutions.

  • Collaborate with the internal team to support lead generation, marketing strategies, and overall brand development.

  • Deliver compelling presentations to prospective clients, showcasing the company’s offerings and value proposition.

  • Track market trends and competitor activity to stay ahead of industry developments and identify areas for growth.

  • Negotiate terms and agreements to secure beneficial partnerships.

  • Provide regular updates, pipeline forecasts, and business development reports to senior leadership.


About You

  • Demonstrable experience in business development or sales, ideally within a B2B or product-led environment.

  • Proven success in opening new business accounts and expanding existing relationships.

  • Strong account management and client servicing skills.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with stakeholders at all levels.

  • Commercially minded, analytical, and strategic in approach.

  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable working both independently and collaboratively.

  • Willingness to travel across London and the South West as required.
