About the Role
Our client, a fast-growing international brand-led organisation with a diverse product portfolio, is on the lookout for a talented Social Media Manager to help shape and elevate their digital presence. This is an exciting and varied role for a creative, commercially-minded individual with a passion for storytelling and community engagement across digital platforms.
As part of a collaborative marketing team, you’ll play a key role in driving audience growth, engagement, and brand awareness through well-executed social campaigns. You’ll have the chance to make your mark and contribute meaningfully to the business’s continued success.
Lead and execute social media strategies across multiple platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, Facebook, X, etc.)
Collaborate with internal teams to develop creative campaigns and compelling content
Create engaging posts, stories, and videos that reflect the brand voice and resonate with audiences
Analyse campaign performance and use insights to refine strategy for better ROI and engagement
Manage social calendars and ensure consistent brand messaging
Interact with online communities, driving conversation and responding to followers in a timely, authentic way
Coordinate with design and marketing teams on visual assets and event-based content
Assist with wider marketing initiatives including copywriting, printed collateral, and digital content support
Monitor competitor activity and industry trends to stay ahead of the curve
Provide regular reporting and insights to directors and stakeholders
Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a social media-focused role
Strong track record managing branded social media accounts
Deep understanding of all major platforms and associated tools (e.g. Meta Business Suite, Hootsuite, Buffer, etc.)
Strong writing skills and creative eye for impactful visuals
Data-driven approach with a strong grasp of analytics, reporting, and performance metrics
Collaborative mindset with the confidence to take ownership of projects
Highly organised, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously
A proactive, can-do attitude with a passion for brand storytelling
Experience supporting marketing initiatives across print and digital a plus
