Our client, a well-established supplier of industrial consumables, is looking for a Telesales Executive to join their busy, supportive team. You’ll be working with a broad customer base across sectors such as construction, automotive, metal, and manufacturing—helping to grow existing accounts and reignite dormant ones.
Making 80+ outbound calls per day to existing and lapsed customers
Promoting new products, offers, and tailored solutions to match client needs
Building strong, lasting relationships to increase customer loyalty and repeat business
Updating and managing customer information in the CRM system
Working towards daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
Identifying opportunities to upsell and cross-sell across product ranges
Excellent phone manner and persuasive communication skills
Confidence in a high-volume call environment
Strong relationship-building and customer service abilities
Comfortable using CRM systems and handling administrative tasks
A proactive mindset and results-driven approach
Competitive salary of 24,531 per annum
