Our client, a well-established construction and fit-out specialist, is seeking a highly organised and proactive Project Support Coordinator to join their team in London. This role is essential to ensuring the smooth execution of multiple projects through effective document control, communication, and administrative support.

Distribute site instructions and key project updates to relevant departments
Monitor and manage changes in drawings, specifications, schedules, and other documents via online portals
Upload progress reports, handover documents, and inspection packs to internal and client systems
Support project managers with day-to-day paperwork and maintain electronic and hard copy folders
Raise and track RFIs (Requests for Information), program changes, and updates in project trackers
Collaborate with quantity surveyors to ensure accurate pricing and procurement of materials
Conduct site visits to ensure folders and project documentation are up to date
Organise operative inductions, site deliveries, and create necessary permits
Attend and support pre-construction handovers, team meetings, and client calls
Maintain quality documentation trackers and close out snags on client platforms
Provide general administrative support including scanning, printing, filing, and laminating
Highly organised and detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks
Comfortable working independently and as part of a team
Strong communication skills and confidence liaising with different departments and stakeholders
Proficiency with Excel and cloud-based project systems (experience with platforms like Monday.com is a plus)
Flexibility to adapt to shifting priorities and meet deadlines
Previous experience in a construction or project support environment is a plus, but not essential
Competitive salary between 30,000–36,000 depending on experience
