Our client is seeking a tech-savvy HR Systems Specialist to join their dynamic People team and take ownership of their HR systems landscape. If you're a detail-oriented professional who thrives on improving processes, managing data integrity, and supporting system users, this role offers an exciting opportunity to make a real impact.
In this role, you’ll be the key driver of HR systems functionality and optimisation. From system enhancements to training end-users and delivering insightful reporting, your work will directly influence the efficiency and decision-making capabilities of the HR function.
Oversee the daily management and continuous improvement of HR and Payroll systems.
Ensure system data accuracy, compliance, and security, acting as the go-to person for any HR system queries.
Collaborate with HR, IT, and Payroll teams to implement system upgrades and integrations.
Design and maintain reports and dashboards to support people data analysis and business decisions.
Administer user access controls, system configurations, and audit trails.
Support the implementation of new modules and HR tech solutions across the business.
Deliver training and support to system users, encouraging best practices and system adoption.
Maintain compliance with GDPR and internal audit policies.
Previous experience in a similar HR systems or data analysis role.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a meticulous approach to detail.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
Advanced Excel skills and experience with reporting tools such as Power BI.
Familiarity with HR/Payroll systems (e.g., SAP, Workday, iTrent, PeopleXD, etc.).
Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams and independently manage priorities.
Highly motivated with a proactive mindset and strong relationship-building skills.
Experience in supporting system rollouts and training internal stakeholders is advantageous.
